This is one of the craziest things I have ever seen. R&B music at its finest. R. Kelly has nothing on this guy. I dont know how he convinced someone to video this.
I still haven’t seen any of the WCT guys on any of this guys boards. I’m quite confused considering I think Shaper of the Year should be doing something innovative. These magazines piss me off sometimes. Give this prestigious award to someone doing something new. To top it off rumor has it that the newest cover of a well known surf publication is a dude on an Alaia. Its the beginning of the end my friends.
I found these shots in one of surfings progressive magazines (Their name is not being used to protect the innocent). They got me thinking because more and more of this style and photo have been showing up in mags everywhere. I can understand if it is a retro mag or longboard mag, but these photos sit right along the pages of the sports finest high performance rippers.
If surfing is evolving into this retro surf dog style I’m not feeling it. If this is considered cool then I’m a dork.
Check this blog about these type of surf dudes, pretty funny.

Or better, what’s happening to Hip Hop? More and more I’m seeing it evolve into some sort of R&B singing hybrid. A lot of the artist are using that stupid vocal machine for their whole songs. Lil’ Wayne even won a grammy for best hip hop album when he pretty much sang and mumbled the whole album. Dont get me wrong because I do like R&B music and the occasional pop song, but hip hop needs to keep it self segregated from other genres of music before you can’t tell the difference. Growing up there was a very definitive difference between hip hop and other music, now it’s just becoming garbage. Some hip hop artists have even resulted to wearing tight emo pants and wacky haircuts. Im confused. This has got to stop.

The anesthesia got to this little guy. Even though he’s out of it he is pretty damn funny!
We might need to start selling whistle tips! These guys are hilarious. Can’t wait until these hit the streets of Oceanside. I thought the loud racer exhausts were annoying enough!
If you have not checked out the website yearbookyourself.com yet, its worth wasting a bit of time on it. Its a site where you can put your face or your friends, in templates from different eras. There are some pretty funny styles on there that you can trip people out with. Here are a few that I did of our good buddy and master shaper, Wally Puha.
