Flextronic II: Evolution in Energy Return

Flextronic II represents the next generation of our high-response construction, re-engineered for surfers who demand a more durable and high performance board.

This second-iteration technology starts with a premium PU Blank featuring a 3.00mm PVC stringer, a high-performance alternative to traditional timber. Unlike wood, which suffers from cellular fatigue and loses its 'pop' over time, PVC is an advanced synthetic with a permanent memory.

The deck is reinforced with 6oz ETX-HEXglass for superior impact resistance and "foot-feel," while the bottom features a vacuum-bagged Carbon Fiber wrap. This specific combination creates a unique tension—the carbon bottom provides immediate, kinetic spring-back, while the PU core and HEXglass deck maintain the dampened, organic flow of a traditional board.
